1 Introduction & Acceptance

2 Eligibility & Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your xy999 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. xy999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify xy999 customer support immediately at [email protected]. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account until such time as you notify xy999 and your account is secured. xy999 will take reasonable steps to investigate and remediate reported security incidents.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, xy999 may require you to submit identity documents including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 3.4 Account Closure

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All transactions are processed in BDT. xy999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Bets placed on games not listed as eligible for a given promotion will not contribute to the wagering requirement for that promotion.

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

xy999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of promotional abuse. 5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers

xy999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a Player is suspected of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed. Wagers are only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number has been issued to the Player.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software, pricing, or system error that results in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes being displayed, xy999 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. xy999 accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical malfunctions, server interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond its direct control.

6.3 Game Provider Rules

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the xy999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name xy999, the logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of xy999.

9 Privacy & Data

xy999's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their xy999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xy999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server upgrades, and third-party service disruptions may periodically affect Platform availability. xy999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of Platform unavailability during such periods.

12.2 Termination by xy999

xy999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players. In the event of termination due to verified breach, balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

12.3 Termination by the Player

You may terminate this Agreement and close your account at any time by submitting a written request to xy999 customer support. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of your request and settlement of any pending wagers.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which xy999 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable international arbitration rules.
